Sometimes life seems just too tough
And the oceans we sail are a little too rough

And you wonder why love is not something they teach
Others don’t always see how hard you are trying
And you can’t find the switch to stop your crying
Just remember after rain, there is often a rainbow
And the sun is not always hiding in shadow
Inside your heart there’s a spark you can’t see
